Happy New Year ! I hope you all managed to take a well earned break with friends and family and are refreshed and energised for the year ahead. It probably seems a bit late for New Year’s wishes and I know that many of you are already well entrenched back at work and Xmas holidays seem like a distant memory, but my team and I are now fully back on board this week and raring to help you out.
The period between Christmas and New Year is always a quieter time in our business, although I was pleasantly surprised to see some new enquiries filter through during this time and I hope it is a sign of things to come as we ramp up into an exciting year ahead.
The builders and tradies I spoke with at the end of last year and beginning of this year report that although enquiry levels are not what they once were, the clients they are picking up tend to be more serious about engaging them and not just ‘tyre kickers’. There also seems to be an uplift in clients who had put their builds on the back burner last year who are now revisiting those projects.
